TripTrack Devices


A standard warranty of 12 months applies to TripTrack devices. In the event of a physical failure of the unit, a replacement unit will be procured.

This product is warranted to the original purchaser for the normal intended use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a defect covered under warranty occurs, we will replace or repair the product or its defective parts at our discretion at no charge.

The Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from modification or misuse of this product. The warranty does not include or cover any costs of postage or lack of or inability to use or install the product, drivers and or software. The product can be returned to the place of purchase accompanied with proof of purchase or contact us at returns@triptrack.co.za.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing the repair and or replacement.

RETURNS

How do I return my product?

Please read carefully through this Returns Policy set out below. Please note: All returns have to go through the Returns Request System to ensure quality service. Once you're satisfied that the item you received, is to be returned, please send an email to returns@triptrack.co.za.

You will receive confirmation of the return request during the next business day, and will receive information via email detailing further procedures to be followed.

What is the Return Policy?

Products may be returned when defective, or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. Reporting of defective, damaged or unsuitable products must be done within 5 business day of delivery to you or of becoming aware thereof, to the above mentioned email address.

In the event that your item has been approved for return, depending on your location, we will request that you mail it to us at our postal address (only), which is available under Contact and Address Details.

When stock becomes available, a courier will deliver the replacement unit directly to you. Prexence Ventures CC reserves all discretion in any returns and their decision will be final.

Goods may not be returned if after delivery, the goods have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to other goods or property.

Product Specifications
Please note that the product specifications are provided by our suppliers and the manufacturers. These specifications are supplied for information purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information is completely accurate, Prexence Ventures CC, TripTrack or its distributors will not be responsible in the event of a specification provided being incorrect, nor will this constitute grounds for return once a product has been opened or installed. Should you encounter any specifications on our website that you believe to be incorrect, or inaccurate, please inform us immediately at info@triptrack.co.za.

Prexence Ventures CC, TripTrack or its distributors are not liable or responsible for the loss or corruption of any data on any personal and or business computers. Please take the necessary precautions by making back-ups prior to installation.
